Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to the fabrication and assembly of foam and plastic containers. You will perform both manual and mechanical duties to assist in operations, utilizing a variety of limited equipment and tools. Your role will involve reading simple prints, drawings, and specifications to guide your work.
2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm
Responsibilities
Perform simple fabrications and assembly operations.
Operate tools and equipment such as glue guns, tape measures, and basic hand tools.
Pick parts and supplies from inventory as instructed.
Assist in setting up and operating cutting, drilling, saws, glue applicators, assembly tools, drill presses, and hand tools.
Cut stock to proper dimensions and tolerances as instructed.
Execute gluing, taping, flame treating, and labeling operations.
Perform masking and painting as required.
Review product specifications on simple jobs and perform tests, visual inspections, and dimension checks.
Detect any out-of-specification conditions and notify the appropriate personnel or manager.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using assembly tools including glue guns and tape measures.
Basic math skills for accurate measurements.
Ability to read simple prints, drawings, and specifications.
Understanding of quality standards and safety precautions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable working 2 hours of overtime daily and some Saturdays.
Ability to lift 20-30lbs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
