Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Administrative Assistant in Ontario, CA!

Pay rate: $20/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a- 5p

Our ideal candidate for this Administrative Assistant must have/must be able to:

  • Responsible for managing reception area, provide overall administrative support of local corporate and IPA network to include network Directors, Medical Directors

  • Answering heavy phones, filing, ordering supplies, password reset, coordinating daily appointments, calendar, and network meetings ( to include coordination of venues, presentations and documents

  • Assist with special projects and providing internal support of key functions

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements for this Administrative Assistant :

  • 3+ years of high volume calls and scheduling meetings and events

  • 2+ years of managed are or medical insurance experience

  • 1+ years of customer service experience or provider support role

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficient with MS Office – Excel and Word

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
