Position Summary:
The Tractor Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests during the summer season at Cooperstown All Star Village.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport guests to and from their destination on campus.
Ability to drive a tractor and/or golf cart.
Assist guests on and off tractor shuttles.
Ability to clearly communicate on a two-way radio professionally.
Aid guests with personal belongings such as luggage on and off tractor shuttles.
Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Preferred:
Previous transportation experience.
Experience driving tractors.
Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:
May be exposed to extreme temperatures.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
