Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Otsego County Program Director to join our team at our Oneonta office, serving Delaware, Otsego, and Schoharie counties.
The Otsego County Program Director provides oversight for the Child Care Programs, the Summer Food Service Program, and the Alternatives to Incarceration Programs.
In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by:
Overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of the Case Manager for ATI/VIP and Child Care Program staff
Coordinating and supervising the evaluation of all Child Care and Alternatives to Incarceration programs and services
Preparing and submitting RFPs for contracts and renewals, as well as all required program claims and reports to funders
Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with funding sources, service providers, and the broader community, including outreach efforts
Participating in boards and committees related to Child Care and Alternatives to Incarceration programs
Program Director Minimum Salary: $30.22 / Hour
Program Director Maximum Salary: $30.22 / Hour
Program Director Schedule: Monday - Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience, Law is highly preferable
