Position Summary

Cooperstown All Star Village is seeking a motivated, hands-on Concessions Supervisor to support the Outlet Manager in leading our fast-paced food and beverage operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, enjoys developing team members, and can confidently manage daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Concessions Supervisor, you will serve as a key leader within our outlets — helping manage scheduling, training, team development, and daily execution across multiple concession locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Outlet Manager with creating and managing staff schedules

  • Train, coach, and mentor team members on service standards and procedures

  • Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple concession outlets

  • Ensure team members follow food safety, health code, and company standards

  • Monitor labor needs and adjust staffing during peak and off-peak hours

  • Support inventory control, stocking, and product rotation

  • Assist with daily sales reporting and cash handling procedures

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

  • Help motivate staff and maintain a positive, team-first culture

Qualifications:

  • Previous food & beverage or concessions experience required

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills

  • Ability to train and develop staff in a fast-paced setting

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in outdoor/seasonal conditions

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

  • ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
