Community Horizons is assisting a member to find a reliable, compassionate, and friendly person to help a member maintain quality of life at her homes in Onalaska, WI. With your assistance, she can continue to live independently with self-directed support. She enjoys being at home with her sweet cat. She is outgoing and enjoys socializing. Tasks include: Assistance in and out of bed using the EZ Stand Housekeeping Assistance-including taking out the garbage Meal Assistance Toileting Assistance including clean up assistance and commode assistance. The schedule is flexible and is 3-4 hours/day. Split shifts 8a-9a, 1p-4p, and 8p-9p. With some shifts running longer and some shorter. Every other weekend.
