JOB REQUIREMENTS: As Needed After School Caregiver (Omro Area) Job Type: Part-time, In-Home Care Schedule: Weekdays 3:00-7:00/8 PM + Occasional Weekends Pay Rate: \$14.00 per hour Hours: 12 Hours Per Month A bright, hilarious, and energetic 8 year old on the autism spectrum is looking for an after school caregiver who can keep up with his curiosity, creativity, and big personality. If you enjoy building things, laughing, staying active, and helping kids succeed, this role might be a great fit. What You\'ll Do Meet him at the bus stop after school Sort through his backpack and review any school papers Assist with homework and staying on task Prepare simple snacks and meals Keep him engaged, moving, and focused throughout the afternoon Encourage follow through on home responsibilities Support a fun, structured environment that helps him burn off energy Who Thrives in This Role Someone with a sense of humor who genuinely enjoys kids A person who can be playful but also firm and consistent Someone patient, steady, and good at motivating a child who doesn\'t love being told what to do A caregiver who understands that sitting still for long periods isn\'t ideal for him Someone comfortable with a family environment where schedules shift seasonally based on siblings\' activities He loves movies, building projects, laughing, and spending time with his dog so if you enjoy those things too, you\'ll fit right in.
