Aboutthe Role

The Mechatronicsand Robotics Apprenticeship program offers an extensive paid trainingin the Maintenance Technical field. Participants seeking an exciting career asa Maintenance or Controls Technician gain valuable skills through a combinationof 9 weeks of classroom instruction and on-the-job learning thatprepares them to join our account for a world-class leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all material handling equipment, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.

  • Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

  • Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.

  • Track and store department inventory.

  • Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.

  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

What You’ll Need

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Ability to attend a 9-week in person paid training at a designated training provider.

  • Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

  • Physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

PreferredQualifications

  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

  • Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Union Data Center Team Lead position is $114,400 / $55hr annually and the maximum salary of $114,400/$57hr annually . The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
