Aboutthe Role
The Mechatronicsand Robotics Apprenticeship program offers an extensive paid trainingin the Maintenance Technical field. Participants seeking an exciting career asa Maintenance or Controls Technician gain valuable skills through a combinationof 9 weeks of classroom instruction and on-the-job learning thatprepares them to join our account for a world-class leader.
What You’ll Do
Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all material handling equipment, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
Track and store department inventory.
Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
What You’ll Need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to attend a 9-week in person paid training at a designated training provider.
Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
PreferredQualifications
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Union Data Center Team Lead position is $114,400 / $55hr annually and the maximum salary of $114,400/$57hr annually . The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
