Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Environmental Services Manager, you will provide leadership, direction and management oversight for continuous improvement of the standard EVS operating model within the facility.
Every day, you will manage a highly equipped and engaged Environmental Services Team using evidence-based techniques, process and mission metrics (KPIs) to ensure we provide a clean safe environment as we help save lives.

Completes performance reviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling, employee engagement survey action planning, interviewing, hiring and retention of staff.
Collaboration with other departments, EOC, IP/IC committees.
Evaluates and makes recommendations for environmental hygiene maintenance for new floor coverings, wall coverings, furnishings and interior finishes prior to purchase.
Manages departmental budgets (e.g., capital, projects, supplies, operations).
Ensures regulated medical waste is handled, packaged, stored and disposed of in accordance with federal and state regulations, and appropriate documentation is maintained.
Manages the necessary and required resources for the environmental services department and provides recommendations for staffing levels, products and equipment. Completes all Human Resources responsibilities for interviewing, hiring, managing, staff development, corrective actions and / or staff engagement needs.
Shift: Nights 7:00pm to 4:00am
Job Requirements
Required:
- Minimum 3 years in Environmental Services and 1 year Supervisory experience
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree
Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Tech

Pay Range
$33.84 - $50.34 /hour
