Job Title: Maintenance Technician
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday; 1pm - 11:30pm
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial manufacturing and facility equipment. This includes HVAC systems, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will work Monday to Friday from 5 am to 1:30 pm, with occasional shifts extending to 11:30 pm and some Saturdays, depending on customer demand.
Responsibilities
Perform a range of highly diversified and technically challenging duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing and facility equipment.
Conduct repairs on all production machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic control system repairs.
Maintain general upkeep of facility infrastructures, such as power distribution, plumbing, lighting, and compressed air distribution systems.
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment.
Install and repair electrical apparatus and control system components of industrial/facility equipment and machinery.
Ensure a work environment based on efficiency and safety, keeping the building and surrounding external grounds in clean and orderly condition.
Essential Skills
Strong mechanical and electrical background with experience in HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.
Ability to work with low voltage (control), single, and three-phase AC/DC 110-480 Volts, while following safety standards like LOTO, OSHA, NFPA, and local codes.
Proficient in inspecting, testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting production equipment.
Capable of dismantling machines and equipment to repair and install new parts, following safety protocols.
Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electrical apparatus and components of machinery.
Understanding of CNC machining center integration, PLCs, VFDs, and automated production lines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of robotics and fully automated systems is desired but not required.
Proficient in using a wide variety of hand and power tools, electrical measurement equipment, and precision machining tools.
Ability to operate lathes and grinders is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
