Job Title: Data Center Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Project Manager with extensive experience in hyperscale mission-critical construction. This role is considered 100% travel (Mid-South U.S.) This role requires leading a developing team to project success while also nurturing a highly capable team. This position is not merely about project delivery but is seen as a long-term asset to our team.
Responsibilities
Lead the project team to ensure successful delivery of hyperscale data center construction.
Develop and maintain a highly capable team to support the project and future endeavors.
Manage project timelines and budgets using project management tools such as Primavera P6.
Coordinate with utilities and manage duct banks, encasements, vaults, and manholes.
Ensure successful excavation coordination and civil interface planning.
Oversee the commissioning process and ensure proper documentation for turnover.
Lead the electrical scope from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
Manage change orders, P&L, forecasting, labor productivity, and risk exposure.
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in project management and construction management.
Proficiency in Primavera P6.
Experience with utility coordination and low voltage distribution systems.
Understanding of commissioning paths and turnover documentation.
Experience with underground duct banks, encasements, vaults, and manholes.
Strong skills in overseeing commissioning and electrical scope management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with generator, UPS, PDUs, RPPs, busway, and branch power to rack systems.
Ability to lead change orders and manage P&L.
Strong forecasting, labor productivity, and risk management skills.
Work Environment
The work environment includes managing complex data center projects with a focus on electrical and construction elements. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and the use of advanced project management and construction technology tools. The position involves both office work and on-site presence to ensure project success.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
