Now Hiring: Project Manager

Job Description

As a construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for project planning, budget management, team coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will work on commercial construction projects here in the Omaha area.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and budgets.

  • Coordinate teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

  • Interact effectively with stakeholders and end clients to build strong relationships.

  • Ensure successful project completion within budget constraints.

  • Handle project scheduling and estimation tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in project management for construction projects.

  • Proven success in managing projects with budgets ranging from $1 million to $25 million.

  • Experience in commercial construction and construction management.

  • Strong record of completing projects on time and on budget.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of construction trades, including carpentry and concrete finish work.

  • Experience in building effective relationships for return business.

Work Environment

The work environment includes office settings with newly renovated facilities. Site visits are required. Weekly meetings are held at the headquarters where each team member is provided an office. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $90.00/hr.
