The Ford Motor Credit Company team helps put people behind the wheels of great Ford and Lincoln vehicles. By partnering with dealerships, we provide financing, personalized service and professional expertise to thousands of dealers and millions of customers in over one hundred countries around the world.

In this position...

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and optimize our consumer finance shopping experience across the digital funnel. This role will focus on improving how customers discover, evaluate, and complete financing through intuitive, data-driven experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Consumer Product team, you will own and evolve critical components of the finance shopping journey, from initial engagement through application and conversion. Your primary focus will be optimizing an existing funnel to improve customer confidence, reduce friction, and increase funded contracts.

You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and business performance, using data and experimentation to continuously refine the experience. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and risk teams, as well as close collaboration with partners across Ford Motor and the dealer ecosystem.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, prioritizing the right problems, and delivering solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and regulatory constraints. This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple stakeholders and a direct tie to revenue outcomes.

What you'll do...

  • Own and optimize key components of the consumer finance shopping funnel to drive conversion and funded contracts

  • Define and execute a product roadmap focused on improving customer experience, engagement, and business performance

  • Use data, experimentation, and user research to identify friction points and validate solutions

  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences

  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, risk, operations, and compliance teams to align on priorities and execution

  • Work closely with Ford Motor partners and the dealer ecosystem to ensure alignment across the end-to-end customer journey

  • Navigate complex technical, regulatory, and organizational constraints while maintaining a strong customer focus

  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, performance analysis, and iterative releases

  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and lead

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing digital products

  • Proven experience owning and optimizing conversion funnels or customer journeys

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure impact

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and technical architecture

Even better, you may have...

  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace platforms

  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes such as revenue, conversion, or customer acquisition

  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel optimization)

  • Experience operating in complex, regulated environments

  • Experience collaborating across large organizations and external partner ecosystems

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority

  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans

  • Demonstrated product judgment and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
