Provider Solutions & Development Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Hospitalist in Olympia, Washington
Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Hospitalist nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a collaborative team serving both St. Peter’s Hospital (PSPH) and Providence Centralia Hospital (PCH). This role offers the unique opportunity to divide your time evenly between the two locations, gaining diverse experience across different care settings.
Work in a supportive environment alongside more than a dozen experienced Hospitalist physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Make an impact in the community while enjoying outstanding quality of life in beautiful Southwest Washington.
Daytime shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Inpatient care only
Additional moonlighting opportunities available
Ideal candidate: A team player with at least 1 year of experience in inpatient settings as an advanced practice clinician

Providence Centralia Hospital (PCH): 127 beds, fewer specialists available
St. Peter’s Hospital (PSPH): 395 beds, broader specialist coverage
Compensation is between $144,833 to $178,738 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position

Providence Centralia Hospital is a 127-bed hospital serving a mixed rural and suburban area in southwest Washington. Centralia is a semi-rural community of 16,000 in scenic southwest Washington. The area features a mix of farmland and timberland threaded by a number of revered salmon and steelhead rivers, ideal for outdoor recreation. Property with acreage is still relatively affordable in Lewis County, and there is no state income tax in Washington.
