Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to lead a team of four providers at the expanding Providence Ensign Family Medicine clinic in Olympia, Washington. Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible
Outpatient care only

Option to due procedures such as, Nexplanon, IUDs, skin biopsies, joint injections, and prenatal care.
Centralized Triage and In-basket Support
Team based care with RN co-visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD)
Patient-centered medical home
Residency precepting and teaching (optional)
Compensation is between $304,209 and $330,915 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region. With more than 300 employed medical providers in 22 specialties, the group offers highly coordinated care for patients by using a shared EMR system. The National Committee for Quality Assurance has recognized its primary care clinics as patient-centered medical homes.
