We are seeking a Robotics Engineer with strong technology and systems integration expertise and a deep understanding of how physical AI is transforming industrial automation. This role focuses on designing, integrating, and deploying intelligent robotic systems that combine hardware, software, sensing, and AI-driven decision-making to deliver scalable, real-world automation solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and integrate robotic and automated systems for industrial, logistics, and facility operations.

• Architect end-to-end automation solutions that unify mechanical systems, controls, sensors, edge computing, AI/ML models, and enterprise interfaces.

• Apply physical AI concepts (perception, learning, adaption, autonomy) to improve system intelligence, efficiency, and resilience.

• Lead hardware-software integration, including robots, PLCs, vision systems, sensors, actuators, and AI-enabled controllers.

• Develop and refine control logic, robot behavior, and automation workflows for real-world operational environments.

• Conduct system testing, validation, optimization, and commissioning to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.

• Evaluate emerging robotics, AI, and automation technologies and recommend solutions aligned with operational needs.

• Troubleshoot complex system-level issues across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software domains.

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, industrial best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Produce clear technical documentation, system architectures, and performance reports.

• Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, software, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in R&D initiatives to advance next-generation automation and robotics capabilities.

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

  Qualifications to be successful in the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong foundation in robotics, automation systems, and multidisciplinary system integration.

• Hands-on experience integrating hardware and software for robotic or automated systems.

• Solid understanding of Physical AI, including perception (vision/sensing), control, autonomy, and real-world deployment constraints.

• Strong system-level thinking with the ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements in automation environments.

• Excellent problem ‑ solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to present technical findings and collaborate with cross ‑ functional teams.

• Willingness to stay current with advances in robotics, AI, and industrial automation.
