Location Olive Branch, MS
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

What You Will Bring:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience with precertified powered equipment operation.
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling.
Proficiency with RF equipment for order picking and product movement.
Ability to safely operate forklifts; must pass site forklift certifications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to lift50+ pounds, and perform bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
Must work efficiently in a highvolume environment while meeting productivity and quality requirements.
Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Operate motorized warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, walkie riders, and reach lifts.
Pick and process orders using RF scanners.
Create cartons and shipping labels; prepare orders for outbound shipment.
Break down incoming product according to packing lists.
Maintain required productivity and accuracy standards.
Follow all facility safety policies and procedures.
Work overtime as needed.
