Job Description#### This position is responsible for conducting psychosocial evaluations, participating in team review of patient progress recommending changes in the treatment based on the patients current psychosocial needs, and providing casework services to patients and their families in dealing with psychiatric diseases.#### Education And Credentials#### Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program. New York State licensure required. CPI Certification required within six (6) months of hire date or at first offering.#### #### #### Experience#### Two (2) years experience in a hospital setting or related social agency preferred. Previous mental health experience preferred.
