Reporting to the Associate Director, the Student Engagement Coordinator will: Qualifications A Bachelor'sdegree is required. A Master'sdegree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel, Student Affairsor other closely related fieldsis preferred. Experience leading in areas related to student leadership development, student involvement, or related fields. Knowledge of student affairs and student programmingand leadership development. Knowledge of working in a complex organizational culture as well as working with a diverse student population.
