Who We're Looking For:
2+ years of dealership BDC or call center experience preferred
Experience in customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, business development welcomed
Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers
First-class verbal/written communication and computer literacy/typing skills
Organized and self-motivated team players with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
What You'll Do:
The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator utilizes their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manner and positive attitude to get clients in the door. Required duties include handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, with follow-up calls and with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer.
Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership/manufacturer events and promotions
Answer all incoming phone calls and handle Internet Customer outreach via email, phone, and text to to increase appointments, sales and customer retention
Follow up with Sales Department to determine if appointment was kept and if a car was purchased as a result
Meet or exceed monthly outreach and sales goals
Other duties as assigned

The hourly wage for this position is $15.49 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
