ManpowerGroup Sr Aerospace Electrical Engineer in Olathe, Kansas

Our client, an industry leader in aerospace technology, is seeking a Sr Aerospace Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Aerospace Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Global Repair & Overhaul Engineering (GROE) organization supporting avionics repair and overhaul initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and effective collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Aerospace Electrical Engineer

Location: Olathe, KS

Pay Range: $53/hr plus OT, benefits

What's the Job?

  • Monitor, analyze, and validate unit level and circuit card-level failure data to identify root causes and improve repair processes.

  • Diagnose complex technical issues and develop practical engineering solutions to enhance repair capabilities.

  • Collaborate with repair technicians, design engineers, and test teams to resolve product modifications, upgrades, and repair development efforts.

  • Research, evaluate, and propose product and process improvements based on electronics and engineering fundamentals.

  • Drive standardization of repair and test procedures across multiple sites to improve consistency and efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, science, or a related technical discipline.

  • At least 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within aerospace or electronics repair environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of electrical design principles, avionics systems, and relevant industry standards.
