Own the Full Scope of CNC Machining – Take charge of all responsibilities tied to CNC Machinist operations with precision and pride.
Decode and Innovate – Interpret complex machine manuals to write custom macros and support advanced machining techniques.
Hands-On Manufacturing Excellence – Load parts, operate controls, machine and inspect components, and deburr as needed—all while ensuring strict adherence to process standards.
Be the Voice of Insight – Deliver clear, consistent feedback to Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate to Optimize – Partner with Programming to fine-tune cutting parameters for peak performance.
Lead New Launches – Play a key role in onboarding new parts into production by implementing fresh procedures and best practices.
Stay Ahead of the Curve – Continuously seek out and apply the latest machining technologies and innovations.
Diagnose and Resolve – Troubleshoot machine issues, make precise adjustments, and verify performance to meet OEM standards.
Champion Quality – Uphold and exceed Orizon’s quality benchmarks to consistently surpass customer expectations.
