Behavior Technician – School-Based (Elementary Classrooms)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our school-based team supporting elementary students in autism classrooms. In this role, you will work directly with children and collaborate closely with educators and behavioral specialists to help students reach important educational and behavioral milestones.

Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you will facilitate educational and behavioral services for children with special needs within a school setting. You will support individualized learning and behavior plans and partner with school staff and other professionals to promote positive outcomes.
Modality: School-Based (Behavior Technician)
Setting: Elementary School – Autism Classrooms
Openings: 3
Schedule & Contract Details
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift: Approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Includes a 30-minute unpaid break
Contract Length: Remainder of the school year, with strong likelihood of extension into the summer and next school year
Start Date: April 13, 2026
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of 48 college credit hours
Minimum of 18 years of age
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
