Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of coordination between Account Managers and the Estimating Team to ensure effective use and compliance of Salesforce.
Review and identify potential opportunities through various search engines used by the business
Download, organize, and review project documents for critical information
Enter opportunities into Smartsheet as requests for proposals are received
Receive customer requests and link them to Salesforce opportunities (once Salesforce is implemented)
Forward opportunities and proposals to Account Managers and Estimating Teams
Maintain organized opportunity and proposal files
Assist in finding, entering, editing, and managing critical data related to opportunities
Support Account Managers with follow-up activities after bids have been submitted
Run reports and create dashboards that track performance and support business objectives
Provide general administrative support to the sales teams
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, with up to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products, with the ability to quickly learn additional software program
Experience with Smartsheet and Salesforce is a plus
Experience reading mechanical plans is a plus
Highly organized, with the ability to manage and track a calendar of upcoming bid opportunities
Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$33,400.00 - $70,700.00
