Production Team Member
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Prep Laborer to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare materials, surfaces, and equipment for coverage with paint.
Prepares, coats, and finishes all required surfaces.
Operates equipment to apply industrial paint finishes.
Assist in other stations of the manufacturing facility as needed.
Essential Skills
Reliability and access to transportation.
Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Ability to flexibly work between stations such as paint, assembly, and material handling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in industrial painting.
Experience with assembly of oil field products.
Great job tenure in related fields.
Familiarity with paint booth, production, coating, mixing, and spray gun operations.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
