Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Marketing Execution Supervisor in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Welcome to Love's! Our Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Execution Supervisor to lead the implementation of complex marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with internal business units. This role manages projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals, and provides leadership across digital, print, and in-store marketing campaigns. The position requires independent decision-making, establishes execution standards, and contributes to enhancing consistency and process efficiency throughout marketing workflows.

Job Functions:

Execution Leadership & Project Ownership

  • Lead the end to end execution of internal marketing projects, managing scope, timelines, quality, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary execution point of contact for assigned business units, providing clear guidance, expectations, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Work alongside the Marketing Strategy team to translate business needs into actionable execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Cross Functional Coordination

  • Drive collaboration with internal business partners, creative teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate digital and print project requests, ensuring alignment with brand standards, production requirements, and delivery timelines.

  • Serve as liaison from project intake through production, execution, and implementation.

Creative, Vendor & Channel Partnership

  • Partner with internal creative teams, external agencies, and production vendors to develop consistent, high quality creative assets.

  • Work with internal Design team to provide clear direction, manage feedback and revision cycles, and ensure final deliverables meet objectives.

  • Represent and advocate for internal business units with social media and loves.com teams to ensure cohesive cross channel execution.

Quality, Process & Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, intake processes, and execution efficiency.

  • Support light analytics reporting and post execution reviews to inform future improvements.Proof all creative assets and marketing copy to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, clarity, and quality prior to final production or launch.

Additional Contributions

  • Contribute to marketing copy, basic design needs, and reporting as required.

  • Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing department and overall business priorities.

Experience and Qualifications

  • College Degree required, Public Relations, Advertising or Marketing degree preferred

  • 5-6 years experience in marketing, project management, graphics coordination, customer-facing communications, and related fields.

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Experience working with creative teams, digital platforms, print production, and external vendors

  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred, including project leadership, mentorship, or execution oversight

Skills

  • Hard Skills: Ability to use Mac or PC platforms. Strong Microsoft Office skills on Mac or PC. Ability to use Adobe Acrobat.

  • Soft Skills: Time management and organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, effective analytical thinking skills, ability to communicate with a vast array of personalities in a professional manner, ability to be flexible, strong sense of urgency, unquestionable work ethic.

Typical Physical Demands

  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.

  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Able to work in an installation setting to install graphics or projects created.

  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and peripherals.

  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

  • Valid Driver’s License.

  • Occasional overnight travel.
