Robert Half Instructional Systems Designer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Description We are looking for a skilled Instructional Systems Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves creating and enhancing engaging learning materials that align with organizational goals and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design tools and methodologies, ensuring the development of effective educational experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed instructional materials, including online courses, presentations, and training manuals.

• Utilize software tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to design and enhance e-learning content.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevancy.

• Apply best practices in instructional design to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Review and update existing training materials to ensure consistency and alignment with current standards.

• Implement feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and improve instructional content.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.

• Maintain organized documentation and project records for effective communication and future reference. Requirements • Proven experience in instructional design and development, including creating e-learning content.

• Proficiency in software tools such as Articulate Storyline (Storyline 3 or 360), Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles and best practices.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
