Description We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless facility operations, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and fostering productive relationships with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will be organized, solutions-driven, and capable of managing various aspects of facility operations with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned facilities and campus environments, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist in coordinating special events, meetings, and conference room logistics to support client needs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
• Manage work orders, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up and closure within the designated platform.
• Monitor facilities to identify operational concerns and address service needs proactively.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to guarantee effective execution of tasks with minimal disruption.
• Support the preparation of budget variance reports and assist with financial analysis and reporting.
• Help develop and implement procedures and processes that enhance productivity and reduce operating costs.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Assist project management teams with facility-specific tasks and administrative deliverables. Requirements • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client-facing responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with work order management systems and preventive maintenance processes.
• Ability to coordinate and manage vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in budget preparation, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of compliance initiatives and adherence to regulations.
