・VIPゲストの対応、顧客満足度の向上
・業務効率促進・改善
・コスト管理のサポート
・ゲストサービスにおける売上げ増大の提案、実施
・スタッフのトレーニング、人材育成、勤怠管理、シフト作成
・ホテルの緊急事態や安全状況における対応
・宿泊部門の他部署のサポート
【経験】
ゲストサービスまたは関連分野での最低3年以上の経験があり、マネージメント経験があることが望ましい
フロントデスクまたはゲストリレーションズ業務の実務経験がある方優遇
これまでにシティホテルにおいて勤務経験を有する方を優遇
OPERAに関する知識やシステムの使用経験があれば優遇

Job Responsibilities
Provide services to VIP guests and enhance overall guest satisfaction
Promote and improve operational efficiency
Support cost management initiatives
Propose and implement strategies to increase revenue in guest services
Conduct staff training, foster talent development, manage attendance, and create staff schedules
Respond to hotel emergencies and ensure safety protocols are followed
Support other departments within the Rooms Division
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in guest services or a related field, with management experience preferred
Hands-on experience in front desk or guest relations operations is an advantage
Previous experience working at a city hotel is preferred
Knowledge of and experience using OPERA PMS is highly desirable

Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
Language Skills
Fluent in English, able to communicate smoothly with international guests
Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is an asset
