【お仕事内容】

ホテルの日常運営全体の管理・監督

フロント、ハウスキーピング、飲食部門など複数部署の連携調整

サービス品質の維持・向上

スタッフの採用・教育・評価の統括

収益管理やコストコントロールの実施

顧客満足度の向上に向けた施策の企画・実行

安全管理や施設の維持管理の監督

経営陣への報告や経営戦略のサポート

【Job Description】

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hotel

Coordinate multiple departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage

Maintain and improve service quality

Supervise recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff

Implement revenue management and cost control measures

Plan and execute initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

Supervise safety management and facility maintenance

Report to executive management and support business strategies

【Candidate Requirements】

Extensive experience in hotel operations with the ability to manage a wide range of departments

Strong leadership and team-building skills to effectively lead staff

Excellent communication skills for smooth collaboration with customers, executives, and various departments

Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle changes effectively

A strong commitment to service improvement and customer satisfaction with keen attention to detail

Business-minded with a proactive approach to revenue management and cost control

【Experience】

Management experience in the hotel industry

【Language Skills】

Able to communicate effectively in English
