Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Technician :

• The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems

• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with installation of new equipment or systems as needed

Available shifts:

Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Minimum of 1-3+ years of maintenance experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods

• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions

• Experience working in campgrounds, parks, or outdoor hospitality

• Basic carpentry skills

• Primarily outdoors in a campground setting

• May require weekends, holidays, and on-call availability

• Interaction with guests, requiring a friendly and helpful attitude
