Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, job descriptions, employee evaluations, employment policies and administration of employee benefits for the central office. The Human Resources Director also administers diocesan-wide benefits including retirement plans, health insurance plans, self-insured disability, paid family leave and unemployment plans.
A bachelors degree and 3 years of human resources experience are preferred. Applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and can multi-task. Salary: $49,458 - $54,662 (34-hour work week).
