Weber State University Student Health and Wellness Intern in OGDEN, Utah
Interns with the Student Health and Wellness (SHW) office obtain hands-on experience in their program of study in preparation for graduation and employment in their chosen field.All SHW interns:Serve as peer educators for fellow WSU Students,creating and providing health communication in a variety of formats (written,visual,social media,interpersonal,presentations,etc.),and at various on-campus events.Assist with programming,marketing,outreach and promotional efforts.Research common campus concerns and evidence-based solutions to address them.Maintain familiarity with campus and community resources.Work on an interdisciplinary team with fellow interns.Additional duties are determined by program of study.
