Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Monitor flow of products on average waist-high conveyor while stacking products in correct numbers for further processing in wrapping machine.
Monitor wrapping machine.
Monitor and adjustspeedofwrappingmachinein order toensure efficient production.
Remove defective products fromproductionline.
Check bulletin board for products orderedin order towrapappropriate productsaccording to production needs.
Perform minor maintenance on wrapping machine using hand tools.
Tally number of units wrapped and record size, weight and type of products and line check for triangle wrapper.
Clean work area with chemicals.
Maintaintimelyand regular attendance.
Must be able to worklateovertime to meet production deadlines.
Must be able to rotate topositionof Production Specialist.
Other production specific duties as needed.
Responsible for food safety, fooddefenseand food quality.
Other duties as assigned.

Must adhere to plant work standards, high quality and productivity standards per plant requirements.
Mustmaintaintimelyand regular attendance per company policy.
Must understand and follow safety/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards at all times.

Ability to effectively rotate to all positions of Production Specialist on different lines as needed.
Working Relationship:
- Work as a team supporting and communicating properly with the other members of the waffle production team.
Supervision:
- Does not supervise anyone.
Physical Demands:
The incumbent will be required to lift, push and pull product and packaging materials, that will weigh a maximum of 50 pounds, while walking for a long distance on a concrete floor.
Lifting upto 50 pounds
Lifting pig food totes 35-50 pounds
Lifting full cases of product 20-25 pounds
Standing and walking on concrete floorfor longperiods of time, typically ten or more hours.
Bending,twistingand lifting 30 pounds.
Available for6-7 daywork week.
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills
Education : HS Diploma or GED, Post HS education preferred
Experience:
Previousexperience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (excel, word, power point)
Demonstratedpeopleskills and experience working in a team-based environment.
