Electro-Mechanical Machine Builder | Ogden,UT

Nexeo HR is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Machine Builder to join a growing manufacturing team in Ogden,UT. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in electrical assembly,industrial automation,or machine building who enjoy working hands-on with complex equipment. In this role,you will build and assemble automated machinery from blueprints,electrical schematics,and technical drawings,working with electrical systems,control panels,hydraulics,and pneumatics. Responsibilities

• Assemble and build automated machines and production equipment from blueprints,schematics,and technical drawings
• Read and interpret electrical schematics,wiring diagrams,and mechanical drawings
• Build,wire,and install electrical control panels and machine components
• Install and connect motors,sensors,wiring harnesses,and electrical components
• Assemble and install mechanical,pneumatic,and hydraulic systems
• Assist with machine setup,testing,and troubleshooting during the build process
• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure proper function and performance
• Perform minor maintenance and adjustments as needed
• Inspect assemblies and completed equipment to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain organized documentation and follow 5S and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to complete builds

Qualifications

• 1 3+ years of experience in machine assembly,electro-mechanical assembly,industrial maintenance,or automation equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints,electrical schematics,and technical drawings
• Experience with electrical wiring,control panels,motors,and industrial equipment
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Basic PLC knowledge preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand tools,power tools,and electrical testing equipment
• Ability to lift 25 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be willing to work overtime and occasional travel if required
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Must pass a machine assembly assessment with an 80% or higher score

Pay

$20.00 $30.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
