The Commercial Flight Controls Division, headquartered in beautiful Ogden, Utah, is a global leader in aerospace flight controls.

We are the preferred supplier of flight control solutions for the commercial, regional, business jet and advanced air mobility marketplace by offering a premier customer experience with superior engineered products that exceed our customer and regulatory requirements.

We've broken ground with more-electric technology and electromechanical flight control systems. Looking ahead we're further improving flight control actuation for traditionaland advanced air mobility (AAM) aircraft with new technologies and manufacturing advancements.

Position Summary

The Associate Contracts Administrator drives accurate, timely order management and data entry to ensure on-time fulfillment to commercial aerospace customer contract dates. Owns end-to-end order lifecycle activities including significant order entry, schedule changes, portal management, demand planning inputs for SandOP, customer communications, and PO/contract validation and analysis. Supports low-complexity contract administration primarily through compliance checks, documentation, and coordination, with minimal negotiation responsibilities.

Scope and Interaction

  • Critical individual contributor role reporting to the Division Contracts Director.

  • Routine interaction with planning, operations, logistics, quality, finance and program management

  • Direct customer contact with large Commercial OEMs focused on order status and issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, accurate order entry and maintenance:

  • Enter and validate customer purchase orders against existing agreements (POs, BCAs, LTAs).

  • Execute schedule changes, holds/releases, and acknowledgments; maintain clean order backlog and audit trails.

  • Manage customer portals for order intake, updates, confirmations, and document retrieval.

  • Execute PO/Contract validation and analysis:

  • Confirm pricing accuracy, delivery schedules, and basic terms compliance with company policy.

  • Flag discrepancies and route for internal review/escalation; maintain complete, organized contract files.
