The Department of Athletic Training & Occupational Therapy Administrative Specialist will be a self-motivated team member with excellent customer service,organization,communication,data tracking,document preparation,modern technology,and multitasking skills. The individual will work independently and in a timely manner to prioritize duties including to reconcile and monitor monthly budgets and purchasing cards,process purchase orders,enter academic classes into the course schedule,prepare documents,disseminate department information,take meeting minutes,assist with events,attend/complete all required training,coordinate with University entities,and assist the department chair as well as faculty,staff,and students in a variety of administrative and light laboratory duties.
