Overview
The Global Business Solution Centre’s Financial Systems team acts as consultants supporting the Shared Services Organization and other Mastercard business owners through support of key systems by providing project management, application, and end-user support. The team is built upon strong contributors with leadership abilities, consulting mindsets, and robust project management skills.
The primary responsibility will be the support of Oracle Order Management (OM) modules and related integrated tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and deep functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Order Management applications.
Role
• System Ownership: Manage system enhancements, projects, strategy, setups, and system support for Oracle Order Management.
• Order-to-Cash Depth: Demonstrate a deep understanding of order fulfillment, advanced pricing, shipping execution, and the integration of orders with third-party billing applications and customer-facing portals.
• Production Support: Provide ongoing production support, including complex problem management. This includes managing the lifecycle of Oracle SRs (Service Requests), status communication, and escalation.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with internal technical teams (DBAs and Developers) to facilitate/test issue resolutions and manage PL/SQL or API-based integrations.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with key business users to provide application overviews, assess automation opportunities, and deliver system training for new Oracle functionality.
• Solution Evaluation: Lead evaluation efforts for new Oracle products, modules, or features based on evolving business requirements.
• Documentation: Ensure solution design, BR100/Configuration documents, and training guides are updated based on application changes or new patch cycles.
• Lifecycle Testing: Lead testing efforts related to Oracle patching (RDUs/Monthly updates), version upgrades, and custom modifications.
• Requirement Analysis: Create effective business/technical requirements (MD050/BR030), analysis, and documentation for assigned projects.
All About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Oracle Expertise: Minimum 5 years of Oracle functional and technical experience in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle: including Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, and AR integration.
• Project History: Minimum 5 years of experience leading Oracle-centric projects.
• Implementation Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS R12 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
• Design Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of experience driving complex design workshops and leading configuration decisions, as well as overseeing system build, testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
• Influence: Ability to quickly engage and influence business partners—driving process change and standardization across the organization.
• Tools: Proficiency with MS Office applications and familiarity with Oracle-specific reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, FBDI, or BIP).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills—with the ability to effectively communicate and develop strong relationships within a multinational organization.
• Self-Management: Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Global Leadership: Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges
O'Fallon, Missouri: $122,000 - $207,000 USD
