Summary:
The Operations Trainee Role will start with the basics working through Warehouse, Counter, AP/AR, Inside Sales, Quotations with the intent of learning all Operations of the PC. The role will then progress into an Operations specific position with the goal of moving into the Operational Management.
Reports to: Location Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Love of numbers and problem solving
Critical thinking is a must
Attention to detail and and solid organization ability
Experience in customer service
Communications skills, both written and verbal
Experience in Microsoft excel and word
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in the business field
Working Conditions:
You will be working in a professional office setting that includes both your peers and our clients. Training will encompass all conditions of roles at the PC. This will be susceptible to heat, cold, indoors and outdoors.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Essential Job Functions:
This role will begin in the Warehouse working through all positions at the PC. Opportunities for other roles on our operation or sales team may be available in the future.
