Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner and resolve issues efficiently
Diagnose, assess, and resolve delivery‑related problems or service issues
Monitor delivery routes, scan haul‑away pods, verify stamps, and process order changes or cancellations
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized
Ability to work well under pressure while exceeding customer expectations

Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
