Modality: Fully Remote (Teletherapy)

Position Overview
Amergis Staffing is seeking three Remote Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide teletherapy services for school-aged students as part of medical leave coverage during the 2026–2027 school year.
The Remote SLP will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver services through secure teletherapy platforms while ensuring alignment with each student’s educational goals and physician orders.
Virtual candidates are eligible for consideration for these openings. CF candidates will not be considered.
Available Assignments
Elementary SLP (2 openings)
Caseload: Grades 1–5
Dates: August 25, 2026 – approximately November 13, 2026
Format: Remote candidates accepted
Middle & High School SLP (1 opening)
Caseload: Grades 6–12
Dates: November 6, 2026 – approximately February 17, 2027
Format: Remote candidates accepted
Note: This assignment may follow the elementary assignment for full continuity
All roles:
37.5 hours per week
Medical leave coverage for the 26–27 school year
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations through secure teletherapy platforms
Provide speech and language therapy aligned with student goals
Develop individualized treatment plans
Document all services in compliance with district and professional standards
Utilize digital tools and teletherapy software with proficiency
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams remotely
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
Minimum Requirements
Active SLP licensure in any state
Must either hold active DE licensure or apply for DE reciprocity upon offer
CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by state/contract)
1+ years of experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital tools
Current CPR, if required
TB test/questionnaire and Health Certificate if required by contract
Must meet all federal, state, and local standards
Must be at least 18 years of age
