Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | 2026–2027 School Year
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
Start Date: August 25, 2026
Contract Length: 16 weeks, with potential extension into middle/high school coverage
Location: Fully Remote
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Remote Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide school-based speech and language services from a secure, remote environment. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality teletherapy aligned with each student’s IEP goals and physician orders.
You will work with students ranging from elementary through high school, ensuring consistent access to services through approved teletherapy platforms.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop individualized treatment goals and therapy plans
Provide direct teletherapy to students in accordance with school guidelines
Maintain documentation and progress reporting as required
Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families
Adhere to all state, federal, and professional practice standards
Minimum Requirements
Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment
CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on state/contract)
1+ year of school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience using teletherapy platforms and digital tools
Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
CPR certification if required by contract
TB questionnaire or test upon hire (if required)
Current health certificate per state or contract
Must be 18 years or older
CF candidates are not eligible
Must hold an out-of-state license and apply for DE reciprocity or already have active Delaware licensure
