Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Maintain buildings and equipment, ensuring everything is in excellent working condition.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as snow removal, lawn mowing, and tree and brush trimming.
Carry out preventive maintenance on boats and automobiles.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in building and equipment maintenance.
Skills in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs.
Experience as a maintenance technician with a focus on facilities repair and painting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as an automotive mechanic is advantageous.
Previous experience in commercial or residential facilities is a plus.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
Company pays 100% health insurance premiums for individual and family 2 weeks+ vacations starting out, plus holiday pay
