You\'ll lead strategic initiatives that align with food quality certifications, optimize energy use, and drive continuous improvement across our facilities. Your key responsibilities will include: In this role, you\'ll be the technical champion behind our automation and digital transformation strategy. You\'ll guide the design, standardization, and evolution of the systems that keep our operations running efficiently and intelligently. You will: Lead the selection, deployment, and standardization of a companywide SCADA platform Build and execute an Industry 4.0 roadmap aligned with long-term capital strategy Design and support PLC, HMI, and industrial network architecture across all facilities Integrate production data to support OEE, downtime analysis, predictive maintenance, and performance optimization Serve as the automation lead for major capital projects and new equipment installations Manage multi-site engineering initiatives including scope, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, IT, OEMs, and integrators to ensure scalable, secure systems Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical leadership across multiple locations DISCLAIMER: The information listed above is not intended to be an all-inclusive job description.
