The Shores, a UMC Community, is currently seeking a RN Supervisor for our senior living community located in beautiful Ocean City, NJ in Cape May County.

What you'll do as a RN Supervisor -
Oversee daily staffing operations, including attendance, call-offs, and coverage to always ensure appropriate staff-to-resident ratios.
Supervise and support the clinical team, ensuring high-quality resident care, proper documentation, and timely response to changes in condition or incidents.
Manage admissions by ensuring all assessments, documentation, and onboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Investigate and resolve resident and family concerns, documenting complaints, outcomes, and follow-up communication.
Conduct regular rounds throughout the community to monitor safety, compliance, supplies, and overall quality of care across all departments.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while communicating key updates and shift summaries to leadership.
RN Supervisor Requirements -
Active NJ RN license in good standing
Completion of RN program required; BSN preferred
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care setting
2-5 years of Long-Term Care experience
