Lead Housekeeper

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay rate between $18.27-20.09/hour based on experience

    Lead Housekeeper Requirements -

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in custodial, housekeeping, or janitorial work preferred

    What you'll do as a Lead Housekeeper -

  • Assist the Building Services Director with vendor coordination, equipment and inventory management, trash and hazardous waste scheduling, and departmental representation in their absence.

  • Maintain and organize housekeeping and laundry supplies, linens, and inventory to ensure efficiency and prevent unnecessary spending.

  • Perform cleaning and floor care in resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and restrooms, including dusting, disinfecting, and operating floor care equipment.

  • Empty and sanitize waste receptacles and restock restroom supplies to maintain a safe, hygienic environment.

  • Move and arrange furniture and equipment for programs and special events, ensuring spaces are ready safely and efficiently.

  • Assist with deliveries, monitor back door activity, and support overall safety and operational needs of the department.
