CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant (Assisted Living)
Full-Time Nights | Up to $22/hour (based on experience) + Shift Differentials
United Methodist Communities (UMC) is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for The Shores, our senior care community located in Ocean City, NJ, in picturesque Cape May County.
Requirements for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
High School Diploma or GED
Current, active CNA certification in New Jersey
6+ months' experience in long-term care preferred
What you'll do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for The Shores:
Provide personal care and support based on each resident's individualized care plan
Perform daily skin checks and report changes promptly
Take and record vital signs and weights as directed
Assist with dining, mobility, adaptive equipment, and restorative care
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Document care accurately in our point-of-care system
Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
Support residents in maintaining independence and maximizing strengths
