What You’ll Do
Our priority is hiring safe, dependable drivers who take pride in their work and the service they provide. As a driver with us, your responsibilities include:
Safely operating a garbage truck on assigned local routes to collect solid waste
Reading and following route sheets or dispatcher instructions
Conducting thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.)
Maintaining professional, respectful communication with customers
Adhering to all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
Performing additional job‑related duties as assigned
What We Need From You
Valid Class A or B CDL
No restrictions on license
Clean driving record
At least 2–3 years of local route driving experience
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
