Pump Assembler – Ocala, FL
We’re looking for a hands‑on Pump Assembler to help build large mechanical pump systems used in emergency response vehicles. This role is great for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with tools, blueprints, and detailed assembly work.
What You’ll Do
Assemble pumps and sub‑assemblies using blueprints, schematics, and tools .
Install, align, fit, press, and adjust components to meet specs.
Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, cranes, hoists, and measuring instruments.
Perform basic repairs, troubleshooting, wiring, and testing as needed.
Document assembly steps and log defective products.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report supply or safety needs.
What We’re Looking For
Key Skills:
Hand tools, power tools, blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, pneumatics, measuring tools.
Additional Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude; experience with cranes, hoists, and presses; strong attention to detail; ability to follow procedures and mechanical best practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
