Job Description
We are seeking a dependable MIG Welder to join our production team in Ocala, Florida. This position is responsible for assembling and welding steel components, including precision frames and brackets, while maintaining strict quality and tolerance requirements.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on MIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and is comfortable welding in both horizontal and vertical positions.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, lay out, and tack up precision frame weldments and brackets
MIG weld milled steel and stainless steel components
Perform horizontal and vertical down plug welds
Square and weld various component shapes and assemblies
Weld precision frames to exact tolerances
Read and interpret detailed and complex blueprints
Operate welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain quality and consistency in finished welds
Required Skills & Qualifications
MIG welding experience (steel and stainless steel preferred)
Ability to tack and weld structures to tight tolerances
Blueprint and print reading skills
Experience welding in both horizontal and vertical planes
Strong attention to detail and workmanship

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
